1. My service rep was sick, so I don't believe anything negative was his fault. 2. I understand that I didn't get my car at your dealership. I don't have a choice in that decision as it is a company vehicle. However, I do live in Columbia. During this process I had to call several times for updates. I was told at one point that on Thursday, the parts were in and they were working on my car. No call back. I call Friday and was told the parts just came in and they are working on my car. In the mean time I am driving my personal vehicle to make appointments. Finally, I had to call late Friday to find out that my car was done. I get there and the ticket says it was done at 12. Really.... No phone call? I could have gotten it and made other appointments in my company car. Bottom line... we will be looking to buy a new car in the near future. Good service sells new vehicles. One of your competitors, where I bought my second pickup, has called every time the vehicle has been done. And they have never asked me to make an appointment. That has been oil changes, tires, brakes, etc. I thought your dealership was very good until this experience.

I was met by Jenn Perez when I entered the service area. Based on her previous recommendation, I knew the services needed. She estimated a finish time and made certain I was comfortable in the waiting area. Jenn checked back mid process. Service was completed an hour ahead of estimate.

They were very polite & quick service! Showed me my filters that badly needed replaced. Very Efficient & Positive everytime I visit for my suv needs. I will definitely keep coming back. When uts time for a new SUV I will be using Bob McCosh & Pam again.

When pulling into the service department I am always reminded about the reasons I keep coming back to Bob McCosh for service on my GMC’s. It’s clean, easy to navigate, and staffed by an entire teams of folks smiling and ready to help. It would be easier to have my vehicles’ simple services taken care of in the County I live in, but I’ll go out of my way every time to have the McCosh service department take care of me.
